Day Of Coordination

You've booked your venue, caterer, videographer and thought of every tiny detail, but not sure who's going to handle all those details the day of! That's what I'm here for, to allow you and your family and friends to sit back, be pampered, and enjoy your day! I will be the point of contact for all vendors and final split decisions that need to be made. I will make sure that when you walk down that aisle and step into your reception, that is it magical and everything you dreamed of 


  • 3 In person meetings (up to 6 months out from your event)

  • Walk though of event space upon hiring to confirm venue layout and set up 

  • Confirmation and coordination of team of vendors

  • Detailed day of timeline, including the coordination of the ceremony and reception

  • Point Person the day of the event 

  • Oversee design set up 

  • Distribution of all final payments and gratuities to all vendors the night of the wedding
